We’re looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician who can work independently, solve problems, follow company standards, and take ownership of getting the job done right.
This is a hands-on position with plenty of variety. You’ll work at multiple residential properties throughout Kansas City (primarily Northland), handling everything from everyday maintenance requests and tenant repairs to getting vacant homes rent-ready and completing small improvement projects.
If you take pride in quality work, enjoy solving problems, and want to be part of a team where good work is recognized and accountability matters, you may be a great fit for us.

Communicate professionally with tenants and office staff
Document completed work with notes and photos using a mobile work-order app
Follow company procedures and quality standards
Keep work areas and properties clean and orderly
Drive between multiple residential properties and job sites throughout the workday
Participate in a rotating monthly on-call schedule
What You’ll Need

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Basic to intermediate plumbing and electrical knowledge
General carpentry and home-repair skills
Ability to manage your daily workload while meeting company expectations and deadlines
Professional communication and customer-service skills
Reliable, punctual, and dependable
Ability to regularly lift and carry at least 60 pounds
Ability to climb ladders, bend, kneel, reach, stand, walk, and perform physical maintenance tasks
Own basic hand and power tools
Smartphone for work orders, communication, and job-site photos
Willingness to learn and follow company procedures and standards
Ability to receive direction, feedback, and follow-up when needed
Vehicle & Driving Requirements
This position involves frequent driving between multiple residential properties and job sites throughout the day.

Why Work With Us?
We believe a small company has some big advantages. You’ll know the people you work with, your contributions will be noticed, and you'll have the opportunity to build a long-term relationship with the company.
We provide direction and support while giving our technicians the opportunity to take ownership of their day-to-day work. We expect our employees to communicate, follow through, meet quality standards, and take responsibility for the work they perform.
We’re looking for someone who wants to do good work and be part of a team—not someone who is simply looking to punch a clock.
If you’re an experienced maintenance professional who takes pride in your work, communicates well, and wants to be part of a supportive team where quality and accountability matter, we’d like to hear from you.
