Location: This is a full time, on site position in downtown Oklahoma City, OK, 40 hours per week. We provide parking, making your downtown commute easier and more convenient.
Note: Candidates must have 2+ years of professional legal support experience and genuinely advanced Microsoft Word, word processing, and document management skills. You should be comfortable formatting and revising detailed legal documents from attorney markups. Estate planning experience is highly desirable but not required.

Job Description
- Prepare, format, revise, and finalize sophisticated legal documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, advance directives, deeds, beneficiary designations, and trust funding documents
- Accurately incorporate attorney markups and revisions into complex documents while maintaining consistent formatting and exceptional attention to detail
- Draft correspondence and professional client communications
- Assist attorneys with estate planning, probate, and trust administration matters
- Gather, review, and organize financial, personal, business, and asset information from clients
- Coordinate estate planning document execution and signing appointments
- Prepare deeds, real estate transfer documents, probate filings, and other legal documents
- Maintain organized physical and electronic client files using document management systems
- Monitor deadlines, calendars, outstanding client information, signatures, and follow up items
- Communicate professionally with clients, financial institutions, accountants, advisors, county offices, and other parties
- Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional legal support experience
- Advanced Microsoft Word and word processing skills required
- Strong document management and electronic file management skills required
- Demonstrated ability to format and revise detailed documents from attorney markups
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, proofreading, and follow through
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional, personable, and comfortable communicating with sophisticated clients
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
- Estate planning, trusts, probate, or trust administration experience preferred
