Key Responsibilities

• Make 150+ outbound calls daily to warm and prospective leads.
• Schedule patient appointments using established scripts and techniques.
• Maintain accurate patient information in the CRM.
• Handle inbound calls resulting from outbound outreach.
• Identify patient needs through effective probing and questioning.
• Overcome objections professionally and confidently.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment/conversion goals.
• Maintain professional phone etiquette and follow company SOPs.
• Collaborate with clinical and hearing care teams.
• Contribute ideas and support initiatives that improve productivity and Contact Center performance.

Requirements

• 6+ months of call center, outbound sales, appointment-setting, or related experience.
• Proven success meeting or exceeding quotas.
• Strong phone presence and communication skills, clear English a must.
• Comfortable handling high-volume outbound calls and rejection.
• Highly motivated, coachable, self-sufficient, and results-driven.
• Strong multitasking and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Computer savvy with working knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
• Strong data entry/order entry skills.
• Professional telephone etiquette and a team-oriented mindset.
• Flexible schedule.
• Basic industry knowledge is a plus.
