Part Time Picker Packer

PrideStaff is seeking an efficient, detail-oriented Part-Time Picker / Packer with a strong background in high-volume fulfillment to join a dynamic warehouse team.

If you excel in a fast-paced environment and are specifically looking for a consistent part-time schedule, this is the role for you. You will be responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and preparing high-volume orders for shipment while maintaining quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick orders using pick sheets, RF scanners, or voice-to-pick systems in a high-volume warehouse setting.
• Pack, seal, and label orders securely to ensure damage-free transit.
• Inspect items for quality and proper quantities prior to shipment.
• Stage finished shipments in designated loading areas.
• Assist with inventory counts, restocking, and keeping work areas clean and safe.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of recent, high-volume picking and packing experience required.
• Availability: Must be genuinely seeking and satisfied with a part-time schedule.
• Tech Skills: Experience operating RF scanners or warehouse management software preferred.
• Physical Ability: Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs continuously throughout a shift.
• Attributes: High attention to detail, strong work ethic, punctuality, and a safety-first mindset.
