Job Description
Warehouse Lead
$23.40/hr.
Shift: 2:30pm-10:30pm
Ready to take your warehouse experience to the next level? We’re looking for an experienced warehouse professional who can keep things moving, help guide the team, and make sure daily production goals are met.
This is a hands-on role for someone who knows warehouse operations, works well independently, and can step up to help keep the team on track.
What You’ll Do
- Help coordinate daily warehouse workflow and priorities
- Work alongside the team while helping teammates stay on task
- Pick pallets and cases, build pallets, and load cases onto conveyors
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks, walkies, reach trucks, transloaders, and counterbalance forklifts
- Use the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and RF scanners to complete daily tasks
- Help ensure productivity, quality, and safety goals are met
- Identify ways to improve warehouse processes and share ideas with leadership
- Provide guidance and support to team members without having direct supervisory responsibility
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed to keep operations running smoothly
What You Bring
- 1–3 years of warehouse experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with a WMS and RF scanners
- Experience operating warehouse equipment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while being a strong team player
- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to help guide others
- Strong focus on safety, accuracy, and productivity
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
Physical Requirements
This is an active, hands-on warehouse position. You should be comfortable being on your feet throughout the shift and regularly standing, bending, squatting, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
