The Men With Tools is growing, and we’re looking for competitive, outgoing and motivated individuals who want more than just another hourly job.

Our Field Marketing Leadership Development Program is designed to introduce entry-level candidates to professional sales, marketing, customer acquisition and leadership.

No previous sales experience is required. We’ll train you.

What You’ll Do

You’ll represent The Men With Tools directly in local residential communities.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Speaking face-to-face with homeowners
• Introducing homeowners to our remodeling services
• Identifying homeowners interested in future projects
• Scheduling qualified appointments for our sales team
• Representing our company professionally in the community
• Participating in daily coaching and sales training
• Learning communication, sales and leadership skills

This is an in-person field marketing position and includes residential neighborhood outreach. It is not an office or remote position.

Compensation

Starting compensation:

$25/hour + performance bonuses & $1500 signing bonus

Top performers can earn additional weekly bonuses based on completed qualified appointments.

High-performing team members become eligible for advancement into our Leadership Development Track.

$1,000 Employee Referral Program — earn additional bonuses by referring great people to join the company.

Career Path

Top performers can reach Team Lead within 1–3 months and management within 6–12 months
