Outside Sales Representative - HVAC

Growing and leader in the HVAC industry is seeking a self-motivated, proven Sales Representative to join our team.

The steady, rapid growth of our company has created the need to hire someone who can step in and immediately develop sales. The successful candidate will have a history of building new client relationships, maintaining excellent customer service, and surpassing sales through innovative promotional programs and sales in the HVAC industry. (Local candidates preferred).

Responsibilities Include:

• Meeting/exceeding the highest quality standards for service
• Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts
• Submit orders based on price lists and product demands
• Maintaining communication with the company and customers
• Negotiating with clients, following up/Accountability
• Resolving customer concerns through investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management
• Expanding professional and technical knowledge
• Engaging in continuing training, contributing to team effort by achieving personal and company goals

Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Perform simple math calculations and understand processes and equations used to create reports
• Previous experience selling HVAC systems is Required
• Providing excellent customer experience
• Working with office and field staff to meet customer’s needs
• Highly organized with exceptional execution
• Negotiation skills, with task-oriented mindset
• Must be a Hunter for new business
• Goal driven, ability to prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Ability to build sales funnels
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Proficient with technology
• High school diploma or equivalent
