Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact for client service requests, including policy changes, billing questions, and coverage inquiries
• Process endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and reinstatements accurately and in a timely manner
• Review insurance policies for accuracy and completeness; identify and resolve discrepancies
• Communicate with insurance carriers to obtain quotes, verify coverage, and resolve issues
• Assist clients in understanding their coverage options and policy details
• Maintain detailed and organized client records in agency management systems
• Support account managers and producers with administrative and service-related tasks
• Ensure compliance with agency standards, industry regulations, and company procedures
• Follow up on outstanding items such as documentation, signatures, and payments
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client retention and satisfaction

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
• CISR designation or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe
• Active insurance license preferred (Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health, as applicable)
• 1–3 years of experience in insurance or customer service preferred
