Blue Mountain Networks is growing our Fiber Internet Sales Team and looking for motivated, outgoing individuals who want to build a career in outside sales.

You'll work directly with homeowners throughout Eastern and Central Oregon, introducing customers to reliable, high-speed fiber internet and helping them find the right service for their needs.

No previous telecom experience is required. We provide paid training, ongoing coaching, and the support you need to succeed.

What You'll Do

• Meet face-to-face with homeowners in assigned communities
• Introduce Blue Mountain Networks' fiber internet services
• Explain available options and help customers choose the right solution
• Generate new residential customers through field outreach and canvassing
• Build relationships and provide a positive customer experience
• Work toward individual and team sales goals
