• Pay Rate: $20.00/hr + OT + performance bonuses
• Schedule: Mon - Fri, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Outreach: Initiate engaging outbound calls to prospective schools to spark interest in our premier programs.
• Relationship Building: Develop rapport with school administrators, aligning product benefits with their educational goals.
• Close Deals: Efficiently manage the sales cycle from initial contact to contract signature.
• Pipeline Management: Utilize Salesforce and digital tools to research leads, log data, and organize accounts.
• Collaborate: Contribute to a high-energy team culture by sharing strategies and hitting goals together.

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of experience in telemarketing or outbound sales (preferred).
• A vibrant, professional phone personality that builds instant trust.
• Strong written/verbal communication skills (impeccable grammar is a must).
• Tech-savvy mindset, comfortable with multi-line phones and CRMs (Salesforce is a plus).
• High School Diploma or GED; ability to sit for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 40 lbs.
