Location: Phoenix, AZ
Schedule: 12-Hour Shifts | 3 Shifts Per Week (Full-Time)

Position Summary

We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and observant individuals to join our team as Mental Health Monitors in Phoenix, Arizona. The Mental Health Monitor plays a vital role in supporting the safety, well-being, and daily activities of individuals receiving behavioral health services. This position requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to maintain a calm and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and observe clients to ensure their safety and well-being.
• Document observations, incidents, and client behaviors accurately and timely.
• Provide emotional support and assist with daily activities as appropriate.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment.
• Report concerns, emergencies, or behavioral changes to supervisory staff.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and confidentiality requirements.
• Respond appropriately during crisis situations and medical emergencies.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and other team members.

Schedule

• 12-hour shifts
• 3 shifts per week
• Day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts may be available.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Current BLS Certification from the American Red Cross (ARC) required.
• Current First Aid Certification from the American Red Cross (ARC) or American Heart Association (AHA) required.
• Current TB test/clearance required.
• Ability to work effectively with individuals experiencing mental health challenges.
• Strong communication and observation skills.
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.

Pre-Employment Requirements
