Job Description
We are seeking a bilingual Receptionist/Legal Assistant with experience in personal injury law to join our small, hands-on law firm.
Because we are a small firm, we take a very personal and client-focused approach. We believe in building strong relationships with our clients and providing each person with the individual attention, care, and personal touch they deserve. We are looking for someone who shares these values and takes pride in providing excellent client service.
The ideal candidate should have experience in personal injury law and be comfortable handling a variety of responsibilities, including:
- Managing front-desk and receptionist duties
- Greeting and assisting clients in a professional and welcoming manner
- Maintaining and organizing client files and records
- Handling follow-ups with clients and keeping them informed
- Conducting new client intakes
- Assisting with day-to-day administrative and legal tasks
- Multitasking and staying organized in a fast-paced environment
- Communicating professionally and compassionately with clients
Fluent Spanish and English speaking skills are required. The ability to communicate comfortably and effectively with both English- and Spanish-speaking clients is essential.
We are looking for someone who is professional, dependable, organized, personable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a close-knit, hands-on small-firm environment. Most importantly, we want someone who genuinely cares about our clients and understands the importance of providing personalized service throughout their case.
We are looking for a peramanente part time postion from 10-5 pm .
