Location:
This is a full-time, on-site opportunity with openings in both Ocala, FL and The Villages, FL. We are hiring one Tax Senior for each location. While the role is fully on-site with no hybrid or remote option, we offer a flexible work schedule within our office environment.
Note:
An active CPA license and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting are required. Candidates with 3+ years of relevant tax or public accounting experience are strongly preferred.

Job Description
- Prepare complex individual and business tax returns with increasing independence.
- Perform tax research, planning, and projections to help clients make informed financial decisions.
- Communicate directly with clients and build trusted, long-term relationships.
- Train and support newer team members on tax processes, procedures, and firm methodology.
- Begin reviewing tax returns and tax-related work as you progress toward the next level.
- Identify additional ways our tax and accounting services can support existing clients.
- Participate in community networking and relationship-building opportunities.
- Bring forward ideas that improve our processes, client experience, and overall firm performance.
Qualifications
- Active CPA license required.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
- Experience preparing complex tax returns, conducting tax research, and completing tax projections.
- Strong client communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
- Positive, hardworking, adaptable, and proactive approach.
- Interest in mentoring others and continuing to grow professionally.
