Shift Pattern

• Mon-thur 6am-4:30pm

Pay Rates

• 20.00 USD hourly

Essential Requirements

• Dispatching experience within a warehouse setting

Desirable Requirements

• Shipping and Receiving experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Basic computer skills and experience with dispatch or routing software
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Role Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate daily routes for drivers or service personnel
• Communicate with customers, drivers, and internal teams regarding schedules and updates
• Monitor deliveries and service appointments to ensure timely completion
• Maintain accurate dispatch records, bills of lading, and other documentation
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations
