DK MAX TRUCKING INC. is hiring Class A drivers out of our Aurora, IL and Orlando, FL terminals. You get a percentage of what the truck earns — when we book better freight, you make more. No cents-per-mile ceiling holding you back.

Your pay

• 30% of gross revenue
• All miles paid — loaded and empty
• Drivers currently averaging $3,000+ per week
• $250 bonus every time you stay out 6 weeks
• $2,000 retention bonus at 6 months

Home time that's actually different

• 4 weeks out, 5 full days home
• One-Home USA Policy — we get you home anywhere in the country. Family in Texas, Florida, Illinois? Doesn't matter where home is.
• Take your truck home during your home time

Your equipment

• 2025–2027 Freightliner Cascadia, automatic transmission
• Governed at 74 MPH — most carriers run 65–68. Since you're paid on gross, every extra mile per hour is money in your pocket.
• Maintained in-house and kept that way

All 48 states. No NYC deliveries, ever.

What we need from you

• Valid CDL-A
• 2 years verifiable OTR experience
• Clean MVR
• Clean Clearinghouse, current DOT physical, pass pre-employment screen
