Claims Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Claims Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and processing claims efficiently, ensuring that all necessary documentation is collected and reviewed.

Duties

• Review and assess incoming claims for accuracy and completeness.
• Assist with organizing and filing physical and digital files to ensure the efficient retrieval of case information
• Document all interactions and updates in the claims management system.
• Mails notices to claimants
• Assist in developing service writing protocols for efficient claim handling.
• Collaborate with auto service management teams to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree is preferred
• Previous experience in an office setting
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent commincation skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Pay: $18.00
