Physician's Assistant

Body and Mind Medical Center, an adult primary care practice located in Chicago’s Wicker Park neighborhood, is seeking a compassionate and dependable part-time Physician Assistant. This role involves providing patient care both in-office and through telehealth, offering a flexible schedule to accommodate a balanced work setting. The Physician Assistant will collaborate with a supervising physician who is available remotely for consultation as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and physical examinations
• Diagnose and treat common acute and chronic conditions
• Manage chronic illnesses and provide follow-up care
• Document patient visits accurately and thoroughly
• Coordinate care and communicate with the supervising physician
• Deliver care through telehealth and in-office appointments

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in physician assistant practice
