Turret & Counterbalance Forklift Operator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and experienced Turret & Counterbalance Forklift Operator to support daily warehouse and distribution operations. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience operating both turret and counterbalance forklifts and be comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Attention to safety, accuracy, and teamwork is essential.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and accurately process incoming shipments according to company procedures.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Safely operate Turret Forklift and Counterbalance Forklift to move, load, unload, and organize materials.
• Maintain organized and clean work areas to comply with safety and quality standards.
• Assist with inventory counts and report discrepancies to management promptly.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily distribution goals.
• Adhere to all company policies, including safety protocols and regulatory compliance.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a fast-paced warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment.
• 6 months–2 years of forklift operating experience.
• Experience operating both Turret Forklift and Counterbalance Forklift is required.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and barcode scanning technology.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds regularly.

Shift

2nd Shift: 4:30 PM–1:00 AM

Training:
New hires will train on 1st Shift, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, before transitioning to the regular 2nd Shift schedule.
