Home Health Aide/CNA

About the Role

We're looking for compassionate, reliable Home Health Aides and CNA's in both Collier and Lee County to join our team and help clients live safely and comfortably in their own homes. Whether you're an experienced aide, a new graduate of a HHA or CNA program, or someone with no prior experience, Always There Home Health Care has a role for you.

What You'll Do

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility)
• Prepare light meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Perform light housekeeping related to client care (laundry, tidying living spaces, changing linens)
• Monitor and report changes in a client's physical or emotional condition
• Take and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, blood pressure, respiration) as trained
• Accompany clients to medical appointments or errands when required
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Follow individualized care plans developed by supervising nurses or case managers
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of care provided

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred, not required
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check

• Flexible scheduling: part-time and per-diem shifts available
