Title: Logistics Specialist
Location: New Albany, OH

Pay: $14-$19/hr.

Overview

We are seeking motivated individuals with a strong work ethic and attention to detail to help operate the world’s largest cloud computing infrastructure.

Team Culture & Responsibilities

• Inventory & Flow Optimization: Review inventory, inbound shipments, and demand with the Logistics Manager to maintain proper stock levels and optimize the lifecycle of parts (tracking location, movement, age, and turns).
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Data Center Operations Technicians and Engineers to fulfill parts quickly and accurately.
• Core Competencies: Excel at work prioritization, organization, effective communication, and reacting quickly while working both independently and as part of a team.
• General Operations: Load/unload shipments, transport parts between locations, and maintain a clean, safe workspace.

Qualifications

• Education & Experience: High School diploma (or equivalent) and 2–4 years of warehouse/distribution experience. Must be at least 18 years old.
• Skills: Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel); familiar with Inventory Management Systems and control methodologies.
• Physical Demands:
• • Lift up to 40 lbs independently (and participate in group lifts for heavier items).
  • Frequently push, pull, squat, bend, reach, walk, and climb stairs.
  • Stand, sit, and walk for prolonged periods.
• Work Environment: Comfortable working around moving mechanical parts, varying noise levels, and temperatures ranging from 60°ree;F to 90°ree;F+.
• Requirements: Reliable transportation and availability to work overtime as needed.
