Director of Clinical Services (LCSW/BCBA) - Now Hiring

WCS Healthcare Partners is seeking a dedicated and experienced clinical leader to join our team. Overview

• Salary: $105,000-$115,000
• Full-time, exempt
• Reports to CFO/Executive Leadership
• Oversees team of 12 including Assistant Director, BIS staff, QIDPs, Speech Pathologists, and consultants
• Fully staffed department
• Responsible for clinical operations, admissions, ABA programming, compliance, and leadership

 

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage clinical operations, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Oversee admissions processes and ensure appropriate placement and support for individuals.
• Develop and implement ABA programming and Behavior Support Plans.
• Provide leadership and supervision to a team of 12, including Assistant Director, BIS staff, QIDPs, Speech Pathologists, and consultants.
• Ensure adherence to Human Rights, informed consent, and regulatory compliance processes.

 

Requirements

• Active BCBA, LCSW, or LMSW
• Strong OPWDD experience required
• Experience with IDD/Autism populations
• Background in residential and/or day habilitation programs
• Experience developing and overseeing Behavior Support Plans and ABA programming
• Prior clinical leadership and staff supervision experience
• Knowledge of Human Rights, informed consent, and regulatory compliance processes
