X-Ray Tech Shift Information
Shifts are varied with an average of 3 days of call per month. There is no guarantee of hours or time requested off.
Experience Requirements- Minimum of 2 years of independent experience as a registered Radiologic Technologist.
- Current State of Hawaii Radiologic Technologist license as a radiographer.
- Current certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
We are seeking a proficient X-Ray Tech to operate radiographic equipment and ensure high-quality imaging. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated knowledge and expertise in:
- Operating all radiographic equipment, including DR fixed equipment, DR fluoro equipment, C-arms, and portable DR equipment.
- Adhering to radiation safety protocols and procedures.
- Utilizing Epic EMR and Philips DR, C-arms, and OEC C-arms.
Candidates must have a dosimetry badge assigned and demonstrate the ability to function independently without supervision.
Onboarding NotesTravelers must arrive on the island by the Friday prior to the Monday start for HR and EH clearance appointments. Please note that no time off requests will be granted during the first 13 weeks of the contract.
