Your Role in Our Mission
The Power Wheelchair Parts Customer Service Rep is responsible for providing exceptional support to customers by answering inquiries, processing orders, and coordinating parts fulfillment. This role combines product knowledge with customer service skills to ensure timely and accurate delivery of wheelchair components and accessories.
Answer incoming phone calls and emails regarding power wheelchair parts.
Provide product information, availability, and pricing to customers.
Assist customers in identifying correct parts based on wheelchair models and issues.
Enter and manage orders in the system accurately and efficiently.
Verify part numbers, shipping details, and payment information.
Coordinate with warehouse or service teams to ensure timely fulfillment.
Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
Generate order confirmations, and shipping updates.
Highlight cross-functional collaboration and ownership.
Emphasize continuous improvement and efficiency.
What You'll Bring
One to three years of experience directly woking in a call center.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Basic computer proficiency (e.g., order entry systems, email, spreadsheets).
Experience in medical equipment, mobility products, or customer service.
Customer-focused mindset with patience and empathy.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Strong problem-solving mindset.

Pay Transparency
The expected pay range for this role is $20.00 - $21.00 per hour. Final compensation will depend on factors such as experience, skills, and internal equity.
