Job Description
Location: Hartford, SD
Starting Pay: $20.00/hour
Looking for a stable career with a company that values safety, teamwork, and employee ownership? Join our production team as a 2nd Shift Machine Operator and help manufacture high-quality metal siding and roofing products used in buildings across the region.
What You'll Do- Operate machinery that forms metal into siding and roofing products
- Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet standards
- Verify orders, count materials, and prepare finished products for shipment
- Assist with loading sheet metal and maintaining material inventory
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 75 lbs.
- Basic math and computer skills
- Manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
- Starting pay of $20.00/hour

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $45760.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
