Location: Long Beach, CA (On-site)
Schedule: 1st Shift | Mon–Fri | 6:00 AM–3:00 PM
Pay: $50.00–$60.00/hr (DOE)

Summary
Seeking an experienced CATIA Programmer to support 3- and 5-axis CNC machining in an aerospace manufacturing environment. Responsible for CNC programming, fixture design, and process/process-setup optimization, partnering with Manufacturing and Quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Program 3- and 5-axis CNC equipment using CATIA V5
• Select tooling and optimize speeds/feeds for efficient machining
• Design fixtures/workholding and create setup sheets for machinists
• Maintain/optimize CNC programs and production setups
• Troubleshoot machining/programming issues and improve processes
• Collaborate with Engineering, Machinists, and Quality; follow safety requirements

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 5+ years CATIA V5 CNC programming experience
• 2+ years aerospace/aerostructures experience
• Strong blueprint reading and GD&T
• Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
• Strong English communication; organized and detail-oriented
