Production Worker / Electronics Assembler

• Compensation: $17.00 per hour

• Job Site Location: Round Rock, TX

• Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM

  • Regular overtime opportunities

  • Saturday overtime may be required based on production needs

• Work a consistent Monday-Friday first-shift schedule.

• Assemble wiring, electronic components, and related production materials according to specifications.

• Read and interpret production documents, assembly instructions, drawings, and work orders to complete assigned tasks accurately.

• Support production operations across departments, including kitting, quality control, cleaning, and testing.

• Inspect assembled components and materials to help maintain established quality standards.

• Complete repetitive production and electronic assembly tasks while meeting productivity expectations.

• Work collaboratively with team members to keep production moving efficiently.

• Maintain an organized and safe work area while following established safety and production procedures.

• Assist in additional production areas as business needs require.

Required:

• Ability to read and understand English-language assembly instructions, production documents, and drawings used to perform the essential duties of the position.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Ability to stand and perform production duties throughout the scheduled shift with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Reliable ability to report to the Round Rock, TX worksite on time for scheduled shifts.

• Availability to work regular overtime, including Saturdays when required by production needs.

• Demonstrated reliability and consistent attendance in previous employment.

• Ability to satisfy applicable pre-employment background screening and drug testing requirements, where permitted by law.

Preferred:

• Previous electronic assembly, production, manufacturing, or assembly line experience.

• Experience assembling wiring, electrical components, or electronic products.

• Familiarity with kitting, quality control, product testing, or manufacturing documentation.
