In this engaging role, you'll collaborate across multidisciplinary teams, design and implement behavior intervention plans, and provide support and training to school staff. What you need to succeed:
- Active BCBA certification required
- Previous experience working in a school or educational environment preferred
- Strong skills in conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and designing intervention strategies

- Collaborative nature and ability to communicate effectively with students, families, and staff
- Commitment to ethical standards and ongoing professional development
Key responsibilities:
- Assess behavioral needs of students and create data-driven intervention plans
- Consult with teachers and staff on implementation and progress monitoring
- Deliver ongoing training, coaching, and support to educators and paraprofessionals
- Collect and analyze data to inform decision-making and adjust plans as needed
- Foster positive, inclusive school climates that support student growth
- Document interventions, maintain records, and support compliance with district and state guidelines
