Grow B2B sales and customer relationships in Lake Havasu City. Manage key accounts. Earn $40,000/year in a direct-hire, MondayFriday day-shift role.

Work Schedule:Day Shift Monday through Friday

Build lasting customer relationships while developing new B2B sales opportunities.

Take ownership of territory development, lead generation, and key account growth.
Expand your sales, account management, marketing, and product knowledge through ongoing training and hands-on experience.
Develop new business through outside sales, cold calling, lead generation, and territory management.
Build strong relationships with prospective and existing customers to increase sales and customer loyalty.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to customer needs.
Identify new markets, prospects, and B2B business development opportunities within the assigned territory.
Manage key customer accounts while delivering responsive, professional customer service.
Increase account value through strategic upselling and by identifying additional products or services that meet customer needs.
Maintain consistent communication with customers to support satisfaction, retention, and long-term business relationships.
Collaborate with team members while independently managing sales priorities, accounts, and territory activity.
Required:
Previous experience in outside sales, B2B sales, technology sales, or a related sales environment with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed goals.
Experience with lead generation, cold calling, direct sales, and territory management.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with a variety of customers.
Strong organizational and account management skills with the ability to manage multiple customers, prospects, and priorities.
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate effectively as part of a team.
Must possess a valid drivers license and a clean 5-year driving record.
Preferred:
Experience with retail sales, product demonstrations, or consultative selling.
Knowledge of upselling and customer-retention strategies.
Ability to analyze customer needs and market trends to identify new sales opportunities.
