MRI Lead Technologist - Full-Time

We are seeking an experienced MRI Lead Technologist to support daily imaging operations, staff development, training, and process improvement while providing safe, high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI procedures and ensure high-quality diagnostic imaging.
• Support daily operations of the MRI department.
• Assist with staff training, meetings, and competency development.
• Help coordinate MRI-related activities and special projects.
• Support quality improvement and operational initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Imaging Director and Medical Director.
• Support research activities and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain patient safety, comfort, and confidentiality.
• Assist with equipment, records, and departmental documentation.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of an approved Radiologic Technology program.
• ARRT(MRI) certification required at submission.
• Current ARRT(R) registration.
• Current Kansas Radiologic Technologist license.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Minimum 5 years of MRI experience.
• Minimum 1 year of Lead Technologist experience.
• MRI Safety Officer certification preferred.
