Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | Cambridge, Massachusetts

Make a meaningful impact as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) supporting students in a vibrant K-8 environment near Cambridge, MA. This full-time, contract opportunity gives you the chance to collaborate with skilled educator teams and directly contribute to the development and success of students in five dedicated autism classrooms. With manageable class sizes of 6-8 students each, your expertise will help shape positive outcomes for learners with varying needs.

Responsibilities include providing comprehensive behavioral consultation, designing and implementing data-driven interventions, and collaborating with teachers and classroom aides to support individualized education plans. This role also involves facilitating team meetings, mentoring staff on best practices, and communicating thoughtfully with families to ensure holistic care for each student. Your day will run from 8:00 AM to 2:35 PM, allowing for a consistent work-life balance.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
• Prior experience supporting K-8 students, preferably with autism spectrum disorders
• Demonstrated knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
• Strong communication and consultation skills with multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavioral interventions
• Collaborative approach and flexibility to meet the needs of students and staff
