Job Summary

ProTouch Staffing is hiring a Surgical Scrub Tech to support the surgical team in providing safe and efficient patient care. The ideal candidate will have experience with surgical procedures, sterile technique, and preparation of surgical instruments and supplies.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare operating rooms, surgical instruments, and supplies for procedures

• Maintain sterile technique throughout surgical procedures

• Assist surgeons and other surgical staff during procedures

• Ensure surgical instruments and equipment are properly prepared and available

• Perform counts of instruments, sponges, and other surgical items as required

• Follow infection control and safety protocols

• Clean and prepare the operating room after procedures

• Follow facility policies and maintain accurate documentation

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Surgical Scrub Tech

• Knowledge of surgical instruments and sterile techniques

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Required certification or training for the position
