We are looking for an organized and service-focused Executive Assistant to support daily office operations and provide high-level administrative assistance in Austin, Texas. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who can manage shifting priorities, create a well-run workplace environment, and ensure meetings, travel, and executive schedules stay on track. The role blends executive support with office coordination, requiring strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and a proactive approach to workplace needs.

Responsibilities:
• Provide direct administrative support to leadership by managing schedules, coordinating appointments, and helping day-to-day priorities run efficiently.
• Oversee office supply levels by tracking inventory, placing orders, and ensuring essential materials are consistently available.
• Maintain shared workplace areas by monitoring and replenishing snacks, beverages, and other common office provisions.
• Organize conference room usage by handling reservations, preparing spaces for meetings, and resolving scheduling conflicts when needed.
• Arrange domestic travel details on a limited basis, including itinerary planning and related booking coordination.
• Support meetings and events by managing logistics such as room setup, timing, materials, and vendor or attendee coordination.
• Serve as a key point of contact for office-related administrative needs, helping create a smooth and well-organized environment for staff and visitors.• Demonstrated experience supporting executives, office operations, or both in a detail-focused business setting.
• Strong calendar management skills with the ability to prioritize requests and adjust to changing schedules.
• Experience coordinating domestic travel arrangements and handling related logistics accurately.
• Ability to organize executive meetings and support event planning with careful attention to detail.
• Proficiency in managing multiple administrative tasks while maintaining a high level of discretion.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working effectively with leaders, colleagues, and guests.
• Comfortable monitoring inventory and handling office coordination responsibilities independently.
