Annual Health Fair 

Schedule 

•Thursday, October 8: Arrive at 9:00 a.m.; event runs 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. 

•Friday, October 9: Arrive at 7:30 a.m.; event runs 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. 

•Approximately 130 to 150 employees are expected.

Seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to support and provide direct clinical supervision during a two-day employee health fair in Prescott, Arizona. The provider will oversee Medical Assistants performing finger sticks, venipuncture, and influenza vaccinations. 

•Provide direct supervision to Medical Assistants during clinical services.

•Oversee finger-stick glucose testing, lipid panels, and influenza vaccinations. 

•Support venipuncture services and provide coverage as needed. 

•Ensure testing and vaccinations follow established standing orders and protocols. 

•Assist with employee education and questions about screening results. 

•Monitor for and respond to adverse reactions, syncope, or other clinical concerns. 

•Maintain HIPAA compliance and protect employee health information.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

•Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in Arizona. 

•Experience supervising Medical Assistants in a clinical setting. 

•Experience with vaccinations, point-of-care testing, and emergency response. 

•Strong knowledge of blood pressure, cholesterol, blood glucose, and influenza vaccinations. •Ability to attend both event days and remain onsite for the required schedule. 

•Strong communication, documentation, and employee-education skills.

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Occupational health, employee wellness, health fair, or venipuncture experience.
