We are hiring two full-time Bilingual Spanish School Social Workers for onsite positions in East Saint Louis, Illinois. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct counseling, crisis intervention, and social-emotional support to students in Spanish and English.

• Conduct social-developmental assessments and actively participate in IEP and Section 504 Plan meetings.

• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support academic and behavioral success.

• Connect students and families with school-based and community resources.

Requirements:

• Licensure: Active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with School Social Worker (SSW) Endorsement.

• Language Skills: Native or near-native fluency in Spanish required.

• Education: Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) with a specialization in School Social Work.
