Summary

Our client is seeking a Lead Sustaining Engineer to serve as the functional lead for its new Atlanta office. This role directs the day-to-day work of junior engineers and contract resources — triaging and resolving escalated customer issues, gating fix quality, and driving root-cause investigation on a live, high-availability production codebase.

Requirements

• .NET development background to read and debug code
• Debugging, log analysis, and observability/monitoring tooling
• Strong problem-solving ability
• Strong communication skills
• Leadership ability

Responsibilities

• Instigate and solve escalated technical issues
• Deliver clean, well-tested defect fixes, patches, and maintenance releases
• Review fixes authored by junior engineers and contractors
• Mentor and direct junior engineers and contractors
