This contract opportunity is perfect for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) seeking a focused and rewarding after-school assignment. You’ll have the chance to work one-on-one with a second-grade student, applying your skills and experience to help foster positive behavioral growth.
Position Highlights:
- Start as soon as possible and continue through May 21, 2027, with a defined schedule and caseload.
- Provide ABA therapy to a single second-grade student in a comfortable, familiar school environment.
- Enjoy a predictable, part-time commitment: Wednesdays from 4:15 PM to 4:45 PM, totaling 12 sessions.
Key Qualifications:
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential.
- Proven success delivering ABA therapy in school or pediatric settings.
- Experience working one-on-one with elementary-aged students preferred.
- Strong communication skills and collaborative approach.
- Ability to tailor intervention strategies effectively for individual needs.
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessment and planning for the identified student.
- Implement and monitor customized ABA therapy during each session.
- Track student progress and maintain accurate session documentation.
- Collaborate with school personnel and families as needed to support therapeutic goals.
- Maintain a professional, engaging, and compassionate approach throughout the assignment.
