Maintenance Manager

Maintenance Manager | Caldwell, ID

CV Resources is partnering with a well-established, stable manufacturing company in Caldwell, Idaho, to find an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations at their 100% onsite production facility.

This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone with a strong mechanical and industrial maintenance background who enjoys keeping equipment running, reducing downtime, and developing a maintenance team.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and coordinate all preventative and corrective maintenance activities

• Manage the maintenance team and prioritize daily workflow

• Troubleshoot equipment and machinery issues

• Perform minor repairs and coordinate major repairs with outside vendors

• Maintain inventory and organization of the tool crib

• Partner closely with Production and Safety to support a safe, efficient facility

• Develop and maintain long-term preventative maintenance strategies

• Monitor equipment downtime and identify opportunities for improvement

• Recommend parts, repairs, and technical solutions

• Train, mentor, and support maintenance team members

• Help ensure all facility equipment is safe, reliable, and operational

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment

• Strong mechanical and technical skills

• Experience with industrial equipment and electrical maintenance

• Previous leadership or team management experience

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

• Working knowledge of:

  • Stationary saws

  • Power and hand tools

  • Pneumatic tools

  • Hoists

  • Small engine repair

• Ability to diagnose equipment issues and perform minor repairs

• Experience coordinating major repairs and outside vendors

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment

Compensation & Benefits

$80,000–$110,000 DOE, including base salary and quarterly bonuses
