Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Idaho Occupational Therapist license required
• School-based OT experience preferred, but not mandatory
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with students, staff, and families
• Ability to work independently and manage a varied caseload with professionalism

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct occupational therapy services to a manageable caseload: 5–7 students for 30 minutes each per month, 1 student for weekly 30-minute sessions, and 2 students for monthly consults
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with students’ educational needs and goals
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless support and integration of therapy into the school environment
• Maintain thorough documentation of services, progress, and communication according to best practices and compliance standards
• Provide consultative support to staff and families, offering strategies to foster student success and independence in school routines
