Superintendent Of Construction

Join our team as a Healthcare Construction Specialist, where you will play a vital role in managing and overseeing construction projects within the healthcare sector. This position requires expertise in commercial construction and adherence to safety regulations.

• Manage and oversee healthcare construction projects from inception to completion.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, including OSHA standards.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
• Supervise construction activities to ensure quality and efficiency.

• Proven experience in commercial construction.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA 30 safety standards.

• OSHA certification.

The role involves working on-site at healthcare construction projects. It requires adherence to safety protocols and efficient coordination with various teams. Expect a dynamic work environment with the need for occasional shift adjustments based on project timelines.

This is a Permanent position based out of Hartford, CT.

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $150000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
