Key Qualifications:

• Current Idaho Occupational Therapist (OT) license
• Experience or familiarity working with school-aged children preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with educators and families
• Ability to create and implement individualized goals and interventions

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct OT services to a small, dedicated caseload (5-7 students, 30 minutes monthly per student)
• Deliver weekly individual sessions to one student (30 minutes per week)
• Conduct consultative services for two students monthly
• Develop, maintain, and update Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and progress reports in compliance with district and state requirements
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student participation and success within the classroom and school environment
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely communication of student progress and goals
• Participate in team meetings and contribute insights for comprehensive care

This role begins as soon as possible and extends through May 25, 2027, with a flexible monthly schedule totaling 5–7 hours, providing excellent work-life balance.
