Pay: $19–$22/hr

We are looking for a Dispatcher/CSR to join our warehouse team!

Job Duties:

• Provide excellent customer service to customers and drivers
• Coordinate and dispatch drivers
• Communicate with customers, drivers, and warehouse teams
• Support daily warehouse operations
• Help coordinate schedules and transportation activities
• Assist with resolving issues and maintaining smooth operations

Requirements:

• Customer service experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Dispatching, transportation, or warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
