Electronics Assembler – Soldering & Wiring

Location: Middletown, PA
Pay: $20.25/hour
Shift: 2nd Shift | Monday – Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Electronics Assembler to join our 2nd shift manufacturing team. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone with previous experience in soldering, wiring, electrical assembly, or electronic component assembly.

In this role, you’ll assemble electrical components and terminal blocks using blueprints, diagrams, and detailed work instructions. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable working with small components, using hand tools, and completing precise assembly work where quality and attention to detail are important.

What You'll Do
  • Perform soldering and electrical assembly of components
  • Assemble terminal blocks, wiring, and related electrical components
  • Read and follow blueprints, wiring diagrams, drawings, and work instructions
  • Use soldering equipment and a variety of hand tools
  • Install, position, connect, and secure electrical components
  • Work with small parts and components requiring accuracy and good hand dexterity
  • Measure and cut mounting rail to required specifications
  • Compare completed assemblies to blueprints and customer specifications
  • Inspect finished assemblies for quality, proper placement, and secure connections
  • Identify and report wiring, soldering, component, or assembly issues

What We're Looking For
  • Previous soldering experience strongly preferred
  • Previous electrical assembly, wiring, electronic assembly, or manufacturing assembly experience
  • Experience working with electrical components and small parts
  • Ability to read and follow blueprints, wiring diagrams, or detailed assembly instructions
  • Comfortable using soldering equipment and hand tools
  • Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
  • Excellent attention to detail and quality
  • Ability to perform precise, repetitive assembly work
