Senior Oracle Developer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Oracle Developer to strengthen and support a highly customized Oracle E-Business Suite environment. In this role, you will build and refine technical solutions that keep core business functions running smoothly across finance, procurement, order processing, inventory, and shipping operations. You will also play a key part in connecting on-premises Oracle applications with cloud-based platforms while helping maintain reliable, scalable systems in a production setting.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and improve Oracle E-Business Suite functionality across key operational areas such as Financials, Purchasing, Order Management, Inventory, and Shipping Execution.

• Build, enhance, and support integrations that connect on-premises Oracle applications with cloud-based SaaS systems and other enterprise platforms.

• Develop and maintain Oracle PL/SQL components, including packages, procedures, functions, triggers, and related database objects.

• Create and support technical solutions such as interfaces, APIs, concurrent programs, and data conversion processes to meet business and system needs.

• Investigate application and data issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective resolutions for production problems.

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate operational needs into practical technical designs.

• Design, develop, and maintain custom reporting solutions to support business visibility and decision-making.

• Contribute to upgrade, patching, testing, and deployment efforts while assessing system impact and validating changes.

• Maintain clear technical documentation, system design details, and support records while collaborating with internal teams and external vendors.

• Support ongoing improvements to Oracle platforms and perform additional assigned duties as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 5 years of experience developing and supporting Oracle applications, including Oracle E-Business Suite in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Oracle PL/SQL and Oracle database development.
• Experience supporting Oracle R12 E-Business Suite modules, including Financials, Purchasing, Order Management, Inventory, and Shipping.
• Proven ability to develop and support integrations between on-premises Oracle environments and cloud-based SaaS applications.
• Experience working with Oracle interfaces, APIs, concurrent programs, and custom application components.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills in a production support and development environment.
