Customer Service Representative (Courtesy Call & Appointment Scheduling)

Location: Elk Grove, CA

Schedule: Onsite, Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Duration: 1-Month Contract

Pay Rate: $20 to $21 per hour

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative for a short-term onsite assignment in Elk Grove, CA. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking with customers, building rapport, and providing excellent service over the phone.

The primary responsibility will be making outbound courtesy calls, scheduling appointments, updating customer records, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound courtesy calls to customers using provided call lists.
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments accurately.
• Answer customer questions and provide information regarding services and appointments.
• Maintain accurate customer information and update records as needed.
• Document call outcomes and appointment details within company systems.
• Follow established call scripts and customer service guidelines.
• Communicate professionally and courteously with customers at all times.
• Escalate customer concerns to appropriate team members when necessary.
• Support administrative and customer service activities as assigned.

Qualifications

Required

• Previous customer service, call center, receptionist, scheduling, or administrative experience.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls.
• Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Outlook and data entry.
• Ability to work independently and manage daily call volume goals.
