DUAL FORKLIFT OPERATOR 
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Dual Forklift Operator for a company based in Olive Branch, MS. This company is currently seeking an experienced Dual Forklift Operator for our Olive Branch location. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in sit-down forklift operation who thrive in fast-paced, team-driven environments. Your primary responsibility will be to safely and efficiently locate, move, stack, and track products, while supporting broader warehouse functions as needed. Operators must be comfortable with Stacking and unstacking unstable loads, Hauling stacked pallets (often four at a time) navigating with precision and confidence in a fast-paced environment. Ultimately, the goal is to reduce inventory damage and improve retention.

Pay Rate 
$18.50 per hour  ( possible overtime)

Schedule and Hours 

Wednesday 12:00 am – 6:00 a.m.

Thursday 6:00 pm – 6:00 a.m.

Friday 6:00 pm – 6:00 a.m.

Saturday 6:00 pm – 6:00 a.m. 

Dual Forklift Operator Duties and Responsibilities
• Operate sit-down and dual forklifts, demonstrating safe driving, precision maneuvering, and proper stacking/unstacking of freight.
• Successfully complete a forklift assessment to demonstrate operational competency.
• Load and unload materials to and from trailers and designated storage areas.
• Stack pallets in accordance with warehouse layout and inventory control standards.

• Complete forms and handle basic documentation accurately.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet inbound/outbound schedules.

 

Dual Forklift Operator Qualifications and Requirements 
• Ability to pass a forklift assessment covering stacking, unstacking, and safe maneuvering.
• Must be able to read and write in English; Spanish is a plus (required in some markets).
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the facility.

• Availability to work some overtime and weekends as required.

• Must maintain a positive attitude and demonstrate a strong work ethic.

• Must be able to take directions from multiple supervisors and work independently.

• Sit-down forklift experience in operations where product must be stacked or hauled with care.

• Bonus if you’ve used a dual forklift or worked in tight warehouse settings with high stacking.

• Strong organizational and time management skills; able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Must be able to pass a drug screening and background check.
