We are looking for a detail-focused Data Analyst to join a Contract assignment supporting high-volume contract and billing data validation in Scottsdale, Arizona. This role is ideal for someone who works accurately with structured information, understands how contract terms affect invoicing, and can manage repetitive tasks without losing precision. The position will involve reviewing large volumes of records, entering and aligning key data elements, and participating in quality checks to help ensure customer billing information is accurate.

Responsibilities:
• Review contract and billing records to identify, compare, and align critical data elements such as rates, customer details, and related agreement information.
• Enter and update information in company systems with a high degree of accuracy to support correct invoicing outcomes.
• Process a substantial number of contracts efficiently while maintaining close attention to detail across each transaction.
• Perform validation checks on completed entries and support end-of-process reviews to confirm data integrity.
• Work with internal billing resources to clarify discrepancies, resolve record issues, and improve accuracy in contract-related data.
• Support data preparation efforts tied to imported records by matching fields and confirming consistency across systems.
• Attend training sessions and participate in scheduled morning meetings while maintaining availability within the required business timezone.
• Use an employer-issued laptop and follow established procedures for handling sensitive financial and customer information.• Experience in data analysis, data entry, or record validation in environments involving contracts, billing, or financial systems.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to complete repetitive work accurately and consistently.
• Familiarity with billing processes, contract terms, and how data quality impacts customer invoicing.
• Ability to investigate discrepancies, compare data points, and resolve inconsistencies using sound judgment.
• Comfortable working independently while also collaborating with billing or finance stakeholders when needed.
• Proficiency using business systems and spreadsheets to manage, review, and verify large sets of information.
• Availability to attend training and meetings scheduled in the morning within the required timezone.
• Background in fraud analytics, fraud investigation, anti-fraud work, or suspected fraud review is a plus.
