Licensed Journeyman Electrician

QTS Data Center | Cedar Rapids, IA $64/hr + $175 Daily Per Diem + Overtime

Join a large-scale data center construction project in Cedar Rapids, IA. We're seeking Licensed Journeyman Electricians for long-term work with consistent overtime, competitive pay, and daily per diem. Travelers are encouraged to apply if they hold a license from an Iowa reciprocal state.

• Pay: $64.00/hour
• Per Diem: $175/day worked
• Schedule: 6-7 days/week
• Shifts: 10-12 hours
• Weekly Hours: 60-75 guaranteed
• Overtime: Available weekly

• Install, bend, and run EMT and rigid conduit
• Pull wire and perform electrical terminations
• Install switchgear, panels, lighting, and cable systems
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems
• Work with low- and medium-voltage systems
• Ensure compliance with NEC standards, project specifications, and safety requirements
• Collaborate with project teams and other trades on-site

• Active Journeyman Electrician License
• Commercial or industrial electrical construction experience
• Strong conduit, termination, and power distribution skills
• Ability to read electrical drawings and schematics
• Experience on large-scale construction projects required
• Data center experience preferred, not required

Alaska, Arkansas, Colorado, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Texas, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Little Rock, AR.

The pay range for this position is $64.00 - $64.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
