Full-Time Shop & Yard Worker | Up to $18/Hour + Overtime | Morgantown, WV

Express Employment Professionals is hiring Shop & Yard Workers for a growing oil and gas company in Morgantown, WV. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday industrial job with competitive pay, overtime opportunities, and on-the-job training.

No previous oil and gas experience is required!

Pay: Up to $18.00/hour based on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
Job Type: Full-Time

Shop & Yard Worker Job Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks with assistance from forklift operators

• Move, organize, and maintain industrial pipe in the yard

• Use hand tools and power tools

• Place boards and tubing between layers of pipe

• Install thread protectors and apply pipe dope

• Operate a forklift if qualified

• Assist with overhead crane operations

• Inspect, clean, and maintain equipment

• Pressure wash and paint equipment

• Perform high- and low-pressure equipment testing

• Assist with general shop and yard duties

• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe

• Follow all company safety procedures

Shop & Yard Worker Requirements

• Previous hand tool or power tool experience preferred

• Industrial, construction, warehouse, or oil and gas experience is a plus

• Must be comfortable working in an industrial and outdoor environment

• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance

• Reliable transportation

• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, evenings, or on-call hours when needed

• Must be able to pass a drug screen, physical, and background check
