Teacher's Aide - Priest River, Idaho

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• High School Diploma required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to assist students one-on-one and in small group settings
• Reliable, organized, and compassionate team player
• Experience in school or childcare environments preferred, but not required

Your Responsibilities:

• Support teachers in classroom management and lesson implementation
• Provide direct assistance to students, including those with diverse learning needs
• Help ensure students stay on task and engaged in their learning activities
• Monitor classroom and hallway behavior, encouraging a safe and respectful atmosphere
• Prepare and organize instructional materials as directed by teaching staff
• Assist with light clerical duties and documentation

Role Details:

• Contract position with an immediate start date
• Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM (32 hours per week)
