Overview:
The Costumer Service Representative is a primary point of contact for our costumer orders, inquiries, returns, complaints, and related operational coordination. The role supports accurate and timely order processing, customer communication, pricing validation, issue resolution, and cross-functional execution to meet costumer commitments and internal service requirements.
Skills and Experience:
- Customer Service (5 Years)
- Manufacturing, packing, labels, films
- Strong written and verbal customer communication
- Working knowledge of ERP and CRM systems such as SAP, Salesforce or comparable platforms
- Strong Excel, tracking, and reporting skills
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and documentation quality
- Ability to organize multiple priorities and fallow through on open items
- Strong problems-solving, coordination, and escalation skills
- Costumer-focused approach with urgency, accountability, and professional judgment
